Job summary

Seattle Children’s seeks an experienced events leader to independently drive first-class, high-impact events for donors, board members and executive leaders. You will manage end-to-end project delivery for complex engagements, coordinating with leadership, VIP guests, and stakeholders to execute strategic event plans.

Role requires a Bachelor’s degree with substantial event leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, and availability for events outside normal hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Hospitality, or related field AND six (6) years of progressively responsible event leadership, production, and project management experience, OR ten (10) years total event leadership experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle for business travel.
• Ability to attend events outside typical business hours (evenings and weekends).

Responsibilities

• Independently drives delivery of high-impact events for Seattle Children’s donors, board members and executives.
• Manages end-to-end project delivery for complex board engagement and executive experiences.
• Identifies opportunities to improve best practices, internal processes, and brand presence to meet engagement goals.
