Job summary

Seattle Children’s seeks a Director of Donor and Leadership Relations to inspire major donor engagement and investment through strategic communications and resources. You will connect philanthropy, executive leadership, marketing, and donor teams to elevate the donor experience at every touchpoint.

You will lead campaign communications strategy, partner with Donor Experience leadership, MarComm, CDO and CEO to support board engagement, executive visibility and leadership events, and help

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a fundraising environment or non-profit organization.
• Minimum 5 years management experience, including staff supervision and budget preparation/monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage donor relations programs and leadership communications.
• Collaborate across philanthropy, executive leadership, MarComm and donor engagement for cohesive donor experience.
• Oversee program development, personnel management, endowment reporting, acknowledgement and donor impact reporting.
