LiveOnNY Inc. is seeking a Field Case Development Manager to oversee Donation Coordinators, drive donor management and organ placement, and collaborate with hospital partners to ensure compliant, efficient donor evaluations and recoveries.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license and a Bachelor's degree are required.
• 4–5 years of related clinical experience, including ICU/ED or critical care.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical resource for Case Development staff, including team assignment and deployment, assessment and evaluation, consent processes, donor management, organ placement, and recovery.
• Participate in operating room organ recovery to support hospital teams and surgical staff.
• Coordinate case evaluation, maintenance, organ recovery, packaging, and transport in collaboration with hospitals and transplant centers.
• Audit and review donor case outcomes to identify quality improvement opportunities and ensure staff compliance.
