Job summary

LiveOnNY is seeking a Field Case Development Manager to lead Donation Coordinators onsite, collaborate with hospital partners, and oversee donor management and organ placement activities. This role ensures operational excellence, staff development, and strong hospital relationships while advancing LiveOnNY’s mission and public awareness of organ and tissue donation.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license required and a Bachelor's degree are mandatory.
• 4–5 years of related clinical experience, including ICU/ED or critical care preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Case Development staff, assign teams, assess and deploy resources.
• Participate in operating room organ recovery to support hospital teams.
• Coordinate case evaluation, donor management, organ recovery, and transport with partners.
• Audit outcomes to identify quality improvements and ensure compliance.
