Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Domain Lead – Psychological Performance for the POTFF program in Tampa, FL. The role provides strategic leadership for social and family readiness services, guiding multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with government and SOF partners.

The candidate will advance evidence-based practices, manage complex programs across domains, and ensure activities align with POTFF objectives and contract requirements. U.S. citizenship and a security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as human services, social work, psychology, counseling, or public health.
• Master’s degree preferred in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project and planning activities.
• Oversee large multi-project programs with planning, staffing, leadership, and control.
• Develop and execute project work plans and adapt to changing needs.
• Identify resources and assign responsibilities; maintain resource plans.
• Baseline projects and capture historical metrics and LoE forecasting.
• Ensure PMI standards and quality assurance in all projects.
• Lead vendor contracts, SOWs, and change requests as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement and domain strategy for Social & Family Domain.
