Maximus Federal is seeking a Domain Lead for the Family & Social domain under the POTFF program in the Tampa, FL area. This senior role provides strategic, technical, and operational leadership for social and family readiness services to enhance SOF resilience and mission readiness. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 2+ years in human services, family support, or military family readiness.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Oversee large multi-project programs including planning and staffing.
• Develop and maintain project work plans and resources.
• Apply PMI methodology and enforce project standards on all projects.
• Ensure proper closeout, lessons learned, and risk mitigation.
