Job summary

Maximus seeks a Clinical Psychologist (POTFF) to support Special Operations Forces through comprehensive psychological services, performance enhancement, and resilience initiatives. You will lead assessments, design programs, and provide expert consultation for mission readiness and family support. Requirements include a PhD/PsyD from APA-accredited program, 6+ years of clinical practice, U.S.

citizenship, and ability to obtain security clearance. Positions available at multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Doctoral-level psychology degree (APA-accredited)
• Minimum of two years of clinical practice in mental health
• Candidate must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain/maintain security clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide expert psychological consultation to clients and teams
• Lead design and evaluation of psychology-based programs
• Develop assessment methodologies for workforce objectives
• Conduct psychological evaluations and provide actionable recommendations
