Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Domain Lead - Psychological Performance for the POTFF program to provide strategic, technical, and operational leadership for social and family readiness services. This senior role aims to strengthen resilience, optimize performance, and support long-term mission readiness for SOF personnel and families.

The position requires U.S. citizenship and an active or eligible Secret clearance, with Tampa, FL as the base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and relevant professional background.
• At least two years in human services, family support, or related field.
• Ability to lead staff and multidisciplinary teams; strong stakeholder engagement.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with eligibility for Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and planning artifacts.
• Oversee large multi-project programs; plan, staff, lead, and control activities.
• Create and execute work plans; assign resources and monitor metrics.
• Develop master resource plans and Baseline projects; track LoE.
• Ensure proper project closure and capture lessons learned for future use.
• Lead vendor coordination, contracts, SOWs, and performance monitoring.
• Provide staff direction and performance feedback; escalate issues as needed.
