Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement memory and data fabric architectures for enterprise use cases. You will specialize in multi-agent memory systems, context design, RAG, semantic chunking and distributed inference in fast-paced environments.

You will mentor the Knowledge/Data team, collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure experts, present at conferences, and help shape IP filings while delivering scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Proficiency with AI native development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Familiarity with Python, Bash, Go, Rust, Java.
• Understanding of AI native design and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems replicated across AI-native platforms.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic search capabilities.
• Implement and test architectures, benchmarking against AI and human evaluations.
• Create replicable frameworks for integrating memory architecture across systems.
• Drive requirements and contribute through AI-native design processes.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier models.
