Job summary

American Technology Solutions International Corp. (ATSI) in Crane, Indiana, seeks a Technical Program Manager to provide leadership, coordination, and programmatic oversight for engineering, MBSE, mission engineering, and systems analysis for NSWC Crane MXM.

The TPM ensures aligned planning, execution, and reporting across teams and acts as the primary interface with government IPT leads, branch managers, and contractors. DoD clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience supporting DoD programs.
• Experience with NSWC Crane strongly preferred.
• Active DoD Secret clearance; TS/SCI eligible preferred.
• Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes, FAR/DFARS, and contract types (CPFF, T&M, FFP).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordination across engineering, MBSE, mission engineering, and systems analysis.
• Serve as primary interface with government IPT leads, branch managers, and contractor personnel.
• Ensure aligned planning, execution, reporting, and compliance across project teams.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and performance for complex programs.
