Job summary

Long Wave Inc. seeks a Sr. Systems Engineering Manager to lead SEIT activities for DoD training system programs. You will guide requirements, architecture, integration, verification and delivery, while managing cost, schedule and technical risk.

You will lead MBSE efforts, staff a multidisciplinary team, and coordinate with program management, customers, and suppliers to ensure contract success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
10+ years of professional engineering experience.
5+ years in technical leadership or engineering management.
Experience leading SEIT across lifecycle, including MBSE.
Experience with EVMS, CAM and IMS.

Responsibilities

Lead SEIT across system lifecycle from requirements to delivery.
Manage a multidisciplinary team including staffing and mentoring.
Provide MBSE leadership and ensure alignment with baselines.
Develop and execute system integration and test strategies.
Coordinate with program management, customers and suppliers.
Support DoD reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) and technical milestones.
Manage budgets, schedules, and ETC/EAC with CAM.
