Job summary

Trideum Corporation in Killeen, TX is seeking a senior systems engineering professional focused on MBSE for multi-domain operations testing of future defense capabilities. This role develops MBSE views and model-based systems engineering enabling the operational testing of advanced systems such as FVL and RCV.

You will produce viewpoints (Operational, Service, etc.), manage MBSE models, and ensure traceability across requirements while supporting government test actions under the Innovation Cell

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in a technical discipline and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Background in developmental or operational testing.
• Graduate of a military service school equivalent to the Army Command and General Staff College (Military Education Level - 4 qualification preferred).
• Experience with Multi-Domain Operations and how to replicate the MDO environment.
• Exposure to a software development environment utilizing Agile methodology.
• Exposure to software system architecture definition and requirements.
• Experience with MBSE tools to manage system architecture, design, and requirements development; CAMEO and Enterprise Architect preferred.
• U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret Clearance are required.
• Familiarity with DoD systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MBSE activities including requirements development, traceability, and model-based system engineering for the MDO environment.
• Develop UAF/DODAF views and MBSE models to support operational testing for future systems.
• Support test function and objectives development for government submissions.
• Coordinate with program management to prioritize objectives and baseline management across MBSE tools.
• Assist in managing software interface requirements and definitions.
• Travel less than 25% may be required.
• Report to the Innovation Cell Manager.
