Qualifications

• Fourteen (14) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline.
• Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance is required (cannot be sponsored).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents.
• Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure production systems align with DoDAF/SOA architectures.
• Develop and allocate requirements to hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.
• Coordinate resolution of action items from CCB meetings, design reviews, and test reviews.
• Participate in an Integrated Product Team to design new capabilities based on development and operational considerations.
• Develop interface definitions and manage life-cycle configuration changes.
• Allocate real-time process budgets and error budgets to system components.
• Derive lower-level requirements and ensure they are complete, correct, and verifiable.
• Generate alternative system concepts and design solutions.
• Define methods and criteria to verify systems against requirements in a written plan.
• Develop system design solutions that satisfy requirements and functional analysis.
• Develop derived requirements for Information Assurance services and related security mechanisms.
