Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC in Annapolis Junction, MD seeks a System Engineer to analyze requirements, develop system specifications, and lead design and integration activities. You will guide requirements, evaluate approaches, and ensure technical integrity across government-related projects.

Responsibilities include defining architecture, developing documentation, and coordinating cross-discipline efforts with stakeholders, government overseers, and executives. Strong DoD/SE focus is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or five years SE experience may substitute for degree.
Current Top-Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
Experience leading requirements, design documentation, and system integration planning.

Responsibilities

Manage system requirements and derived requirements to deliver production systems aligned with defined architectures (DoDAF, SOA).
Contribute to System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents.
Assist with development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation to hardware, software, facility, and personnel.
Coordinate resolution of action items from CCBs, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews.
