Qualifications

• Twenty (20) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Demonstrated experience planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure production systems align with defined architectures (DoDAF, SOA).
• Contribute to System Engineering documentation components (SPs, ICDs, Requirements specifications).
• Develop system requirements and allocate to hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.
• Coordinate action items from design reviews and program reviews requiring cross-discipline coordination.
• Develop derived requirements for Information Assurance services and security mechanisms.
