Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC in Annapolis Junction, MD seeks a System Engineer to analyze requirements, CONOPS, and high‑level architectures to develop system requirements specifications and technical documentation.

Responsibilities include leading design and development activities, guiding requirements, feasibility studies, and integrating new plans into operations. Requires Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering or related field.
No demonstrated experience required.
DoD 8570 compliant cert (Security+) and CCNA certification.

Responsibilities

Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure production systems align with defined architectures (DoDAF, SOA).
Contribute to the development of System Engineering documentation such as SE plans, requirements specs, and interface control documents.
Assist with development of system requirements and allocations to hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.
Coordinate resolution of action items from CCB meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews requiring cross-discipline coordination.
