Job summary

Erias Ventures seeks a Senior System Engineer to analyze requirements and lead design for DoD-class systems. You will craft system requirements, guide integration, and develop documentation to ensure technical integrity across architecture and operations.

Required are 14 years of SE experience, DoD familiarity, and a Top-Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Fourteen (14) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Ability to work with DoD architectures and C&A processes.
• Active Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, operation concepts, and system architectures to develop requirements specifications.
• Lead design and development activities and integrate requirements across hardware, software, and interfaces.
• Provide technical leadership for system integration, test planning, and documentation.
