Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC seeks a System Engineer to analyze requirements, craft system architectures, and drive DoD-scale programs. You will guide teams through requirements development, design, and integration, ensuring technical integrity across life cycles.

Qualifications

• Fourteen (14) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline.
• Active IAT II CWIP / DoD 8570 compliant cert (e.g., Security+).
• Must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, concept of operations, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements.
• Lead design and development activities and provide technical leadership for system integration.
• Develop system engineering plans, requirements specifications, and interface control documents.
• Coordinate cross-discipline activities and review work products for technical integrity.
• Interact with government personnel and senior executives to address issues and conflicts.
• Support DoD Certification/Accreditation processes and risk management.
• Develop operational concepts, verification plans, and system architectures.
• Review WBS, work packages, and IMP inputs and ensure traceability of requirements.
