Job summary

KIHOMAC, Inc. is seeking an experienced scheduling specialist to provide senior-level support across AWACS programs and upgrades.

You will develop and maintain IMS/IMP/WBS and related artifacts, defining relationships across milestones and design reviews while coordinating inputs from IPTs, contractors, and government stakeholders. This role requires strong CPM skills and the ability to communicate schedule status to leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior-level scheduling and planning experience on DoD programs.
• Experience with IMS/IMP/WBS and EIMS.
• Ability to analyze critical path and schedule risks.
• Clear communication with leadership and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level scheduling support across AWACS programs and upgrades.
• Develop, manage, and maintain IMS, IMP, WBS, and EIMS.
• Define schedule relationships across acquisition phases and milestones.
• Monitor monthly schedule inputs and integrate into master schedule using CPM.
• Support government planning and coordination on milestones and readiness to execute milestones.
• Advise proposal evaluation teams on schedule feasibility and risk.
• Coordinate schedule activities among multi-disciplinary teams including USAF stakeholders and contractors.
• Prepare IMS technical products: Gantt charts, network diagrams, milestone tracking, schedule risk identification.
• Ensure integration of sustainment and acquisition activities into the schedule.
• Communicate objectives and risks to leadership and contractor teams.
