Job summary

McBride Consulting is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler to support AFLCMC AWACS. The role focuses on developing and sustaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS/IMP/WBS) and linking milestones across design reviews, tests, and deployments.

You will coordinate with IPTs, contractors, and government staff to keep program timelines feasible and aligned with E‑7 modernization goals. Responsibilities include schedule risk analysis, crafting Gantt charts and network diagrams, and providing actionable

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active Secret clearance required or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years DoD experience (3 in DoD) OR 8 years total DoD experience (5 in DoD).

Responsibilities

• Provide senior scheduling support across AWACS programs and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain IMS/IMP/WBS and EIMS with linkages across phases.
• Define schedule relationships across milestones, awards, reviews, tests, and deployments.
• Incorporate monthly inputs from IPTs, contractors, and government stakeholders into the master schedule.
• Produce IMS artifacts: Gantt charts, network diagrams, critical path analysis.
• Support readiness to execute milestones and schedule feasibility reviews.
