Job summary

McBride Consulting seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to support the AFLCMC/HBS/WIW AWACS division at Tinker AFB, OK. Hybrid, full-time role requiring senior-level IMS/IMP/WBS expertise and DoD program experience. You will manage master schedules, coordinate with IPTs and contractors, and advise on schedule feasibility and risk.

Responsibilities include developing IMS artifacts, linking lifecycles, and presenting schedule status to leadership. Secret clearance and US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Must have and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5 years in the DoD, or 8+ years of DoD experience.
• Experience with IMS/IMP/WBS across AWACS programs.
• Proficient in schedule feasibility, risk, and timeline management.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level scheduling support across AWACS programs.
• Develop and maintain IMS/IMP and WBS with linkages across phases.
• Define relationships among milestones, contracts, design reviews, and deployments.
• Aggregate monthly inputs from IPTs and contractors into the master schedule.
• Advise on schedule feasibility and risk during proposal evaluations.
• Deliver IMS artifacts: Gantt charts, network diagrams, critical path analyses.
• Ensure integration of sustainment and acquisition activities into schedules.
• Communicate plans, status, and risks to leadership and teams.
