Job summary

Applied Research Solutions is seeking a senior program scheduler to support the C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI) at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role is full-time and onsite five days a week, contingent on contract award.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of scheduling experience, DoD background, and proficiency with scheduling tools including Microsoft Project. U.S. citizenship and a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Secret clearance required and maintainable.
• Bachelor's or Master's in a related field.
• 10+ years of scheduling experience, including 5+ years with DoD programs; advanced scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IMS activities among PMO disciplines.
• Provide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams).
• Ensure integrated schedule management support to system acquisition processes.
• Support requirements development and plan preparation; assess achievability.
• Communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to customer, project team, and management.
• Perform corrective actions to achieve end results.
• Other duties as assigned.
