Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field
• 10+ years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
• Active Secret clearance required
• U.S. citizen required
• Experience with DoD/SECNAV instructions, NAVAIR tools, cost and performance trades, and Microsoft products is a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules for programs and projects
• Perform management, technical or business-case analyses
• Collect, organize and interpret data related to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition programs
• Track program status and schedules and apply government processes for documentation and change control
• Develop and execute integrated Government schedules and budgets/phasing plans
