Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC seeks a Senior Program / Operations Manager to lead a NAVAIR/DoD technical and project-management support effort for NAWCAD WOLF in Southern Maryland. The role requires strategic leadership, operational oversight, and direct management of contractor personnel, budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure objectives and contract requirements are met.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of program/operations management experience in DoD or related defense environments.
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
PMP certification is preferred and highly valued.
Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and contracting oversight skills.

Responsibilities

Direct overall program execution and serve as primary interface with Government leadership and stakeholders.
Plan, organize, and oversee daily program operations and priorities.
Supervise staff, mentor personnel, and coordinate staffing and utilization.
Manage prime/subcontractor activities to meet contractual requirements, quality, schedules, and budgets.
Oversee funding, labor tracking, and program resource management.
Coordinate acquisition resources to meet evolving mission and project needs.
Monitor risk, issues, and compliance across the program.
Maintain communications with Government customers and internal leadership.
Establish and implement management processes for efficiency and compliance.
