Job summary

ShadowObjects, LLC seeks a Senior Program / Operations Manager to lead a NAVAIR/DoD support effort in Southern Maryland. The role requires current DoD Secret clearance and PMP certification, with responsibility for program leadership, staffing, budgets, schedules, and deliverables on-site at NAWCAD Wolf/MD.

The candidate will coordinate government interfaces, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with cost, schedule, and performance goals while maintaining strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program or operations management within defense programs.
• 5+ years supervising personnel.
• 3 of the last 5 years supporting DoD project management.
• PMI PMP certification and DoD clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Program and Contract Leadership: Direct overall program execution and interface with Government leadership.
• Operations Management: Plan and oversee daily program operations and priorities.
• Personnel Leadership: Supervise and develop contractor personnel and staffing.
• Project and Deliverable Oversight: Ensure deliverables meet contracts, quality, and schedules.
• Resource and Financial Management: Oversee funding, materials, and cost controls.
• Acquisition and Workforce Support: Coordinate resources and personnel assignment.
• Funding and Labor Tracking: Monitor CLIN/SLIN/ACRN funding and labor use.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify and resolve program risks and issues.
• Government and Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain communications with government customers and stakeholders.
• Process Improvement and Compliance: Implement controls for efficiency and compliance.
