Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC is seeking a Senior Program / Operations Manager to lead a NAVAIR/DoD technical and project-management support effort at NAWCAD WOLF in Southern Maryland. You will provide strategic direction, oversee budgets, schedules, and deliverables, and coordinate with Government stakeholders to ensure contract performance.

The role requires 10+ years in program management, 5+ years of supervisory experience, and a DoD background with PMP certification.

Qualifications

10+ years of program/operations/project management experience.
5+ years of supervisory experience.
3 of the last 5 years supporting DoD project management activities.
Experience leading complex programs with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Direct overall program execution and act as primary interface with Government leadership and stakeholders.
Plan, organize, and oversee daily program operations and priorities.
Supervise and develop contractor personnel and staffing.
Manage prime/subcontractor activities to meet requirements, quality, schedules, and budgets.
Oversee resources, funding, cost monitoring, and administrative controls.
Coordinate acquisition and workforce resources to meet evolving needs.
Track staffing, labor, and funding by contract line items when required.
Identify, assess, and resolve program risks and issues.
Maintain communications with Government customers and internal leadership.
Establish processes and controls for compliance and efficiency.
