Sabre Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program / Operations Manager to lead a DoD/NAVAIR project at NAWCAD WOLF in Southern Maryland.

You will provide strategic direction, oversee contractor personnel, budgets, schedules, and deliverables, and ensure compliance with contract requirements. You will act as the primary interface with Government leadership, coordinate across technical teams, and manage resources and risk while maintaining high-quality performance within cost and schedule

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in a field qualifying under the applicable contract requirements.
• PMP certification is required or preferred.
• Experience of 10+ years in program/operations management.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or Interim Secret clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Direct overall program execution and serve as the primary interface with Government leadership.
• Oversee daily program operations, prioritizing technical, project, and organizational needs.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop contractor personnel; coordinate staffing and utilization.
• Manage prime and subcontractor activities to meet requirements, quality, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee funding, cost monitoring, and administrative controls for program resources.
• Coordinate acquisition of resources and personnel to meet evolving mission needs.
• Track staffing, labor charging, and funding by contract lines as needed.
• Identify, evaluate, and resolve program risks and issues across teams.
• Maintain communications with Government customers, program offices, and stakeholders.
• Establish processes and controls to improve efficiency and contractual compliance.
