Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager for an on-site Marlborough, MA role overseeing a high-complexity Airborne & Sustainment program across development and production. You will drive cost, schedule, and technical performance while leading cross-functional teams and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires DoD program leadership experience, DoD Top Secret clearance, and ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 10 years of experience.
• Program or project management experience in government, defense, aerospace or related industry
• 5+ years of experience in Program Management or related PM experience leading teams managing cost, schedule and technical performance
• 10+ years of experience in leading organizations closely aligned with a program management office (Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations)
• Experience leading engineering development programs with hardware and software
• Self-directed leader capable of executing Change Management and handling ambiguity
• EMD phase experience with DoD programs
• Customer-facing program leadership experience with excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel for customers, company, and program activities up to 10%
• Active and transferable U.S. government Top Secret clearance required; U.S. citizenship required
• Demonstrated experience in Earned Value Management
• Strong communication skills and experience presenting to customers
• Experience with EVMS, IMS/IMP, Risk Management, Financial Forecasting, EAC

Responsabilités

• Lead a high-complexity program spanning development and production
• Integrate development, qualification, production, and engineering change efforts
• Ensure execution of cost, schedule, technical performance, and contractual commitments
• Establish and monitor program schedules, budgets, milestones, and key metrics
• Apply Earned Value Management to assess program health and recommend actions
• Direct cross-functional teams to achieve flawless execution
• Serve as primary customer interface and maintain a collaborative culture
• Lead and deliver annual operating plans and financial outlooks
• Manage communication across multiple stakeholders
• Guide engineering change proposals and new business capture
• Lead proposals and baselines for new product development
