You will oversee cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction, manage baselines, EVMS, risks, and opportunities, and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Experience with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and scheduling tools (Gantt charts)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of the program, including cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage baselines, earned value management, and risk/opportunity identification and mitigation.
• Ensure contractual obligations and financial commitments are met; lead a multidisciplinary team.
