DCS Corporation invites applications for a Program Manager SME (Principal) supporting AFLCMC/HB within the HBU Force Protection Division at Hanscom AFB. This advisory role assists Government Program Managers with FAR, DoDI guidance, and AFPAM 63-128 compliance throughout the lifecycle of ACAT I‑III programs.

The role emphasizes acquisition planning, reporting, risk management, and source selection support, leveraging DoD systems like CCaR, IDECS, and EDA.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree plus extensive DoD experience (25+ years overall).
• DoD program management experience across ACAT I‑III highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, research, and analyze projects to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Support cost/schedule reduction and acquisition reporting.
• Provide program management guidance and acquisition strategy development.
• Prepare RFP inputs, SOWs, SRDs, CDRLs, and acquisition reports.
• Review DoD/DOD regulations compliance and track milestones.
