Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking Program Managers with strong acquisition experience to support a fast-paced U.S. Air Force program office.

You will provide program management, acquisition, and strategic planning support to government program teams responsible for developing, modernizing, testing, fielding, and sustaining mission-critical capabilities. This full-time onsite position supports the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Program Executive Office Digital Directorate (PEO Digital),

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Professional education, training, and experience commensurate with the position level.
• Familiar with cloud-based systems and cost/performance projection.
• Familiar with agile methods and CI/CD, DevSecOps and DevOps principles.
• Extensive knowledge of DoD/AF acquisition policies and lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyze and measure program effectiveness and productivity.
• Strong written and oral communication for documentation and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, and assess acquisition and development projects to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Support program execution by assisting program managers and IPT leads and monitoring program health.
• Prepare and update acquisition documentation, reports, schedules, and briefings.
• Provide program management expertise across the acquisition lifecycle and risk management.
• Coordinate with scheduling, logistics, financial, and contractor personnel and track deliverables.
• Assist with source selection, proposal evaluation, and development of acquisition documentation for ACAT programs.
• Maintain awareness of DoD and Air Force acquisition policies and recommend improvements.
