Job summary

DCS Corp invites applications for a Senior Systems Engineer to support AFLCMC/ESA at Hanscom AFB, MA. You will provide expert systems engineering across the DoD acquisition lifecycle to enable modernization and warfighter capability delivery.

Key duties include requirements analysis, design, development, test, operation, sustainment, and disposal, with emphasis on MOSA, system modeling, and interface control. U.S. citizenship and active Secret Clearance are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 12 years of DoD experience (5 in DoD) or 15 years in related work (8 in DoD).
U.S. citizenship and active Secret Clearance are required.
Expert knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle and engineering processes.

Responsibilities

Provide systems, electrical, and/or mechanical engineering support for DoD systems throughout the lifecycle.
Perform requirements analysis, design, test planning, and documentation.
Develop system specifications and architectures; guide testing and evaluation.
Review engineering documents for accuracy and completeness.
Support test resources scheduling and coordination across programs.
Provide technical evaluation of contractor proposals and risk assessment.
Support customer data analysis, modification programs, and troubleshooting.
Prepare documentation for FAA certifications and procedures as needed.
