Job summary

DCS Corp seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to provide expert-level systems engineering support to AFLCMC/ES, working across the DoD acquisition lifecycle at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role emphasizes requirements analysis, design, test, sustainment, and document reviews for programs delivering warfighter capabilities.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with extensive DoD experience, be a U.S. citizen, and hold an Active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 12 years of DoD experience, or 15 years directly related experience with 8+ in DoD.
• Must hold and maintain Active Secret Clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to program sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems, electrical, and/or mechanical engineering support for DoD systems across their life cycle.
• Coordinate engineering tasks for modifications and system upgrades.
• Support customers with data analysis, modification programs, repair requirements, and MTTR actions.
• Contribute to system specifications and architecture documents.
• Assist in test planning, execution, and evaluation against operational requirements.
