Job summary

Lentech, Inc. seeks a Program Integrator to support PEO leadership and Program Managers by establishing and maintaining acquisition baselines, and by monitoring the health of programs, initiatives, and portfolios.

This role emphasizes cost and risk analysis, ensuring initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered on time, with strong communication across levels. Must have TS.SCI w/FSP through MD, poly within 5 years, and 15+ years in related DoD fields, plus advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Active and current TS.SCI w FSP through MD.
• CI poly within the last 5 years.
• Fifteen (15) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
• Well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral communication skills; tact, discretion, diplomacy, and team synergy are preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Responsibilities

• Assist PEO leadership and Program Managers in establishing and maintaining acquisition baselines by monitoring and reporting program health.
• Perform holistic analysis to minimize cost and implementation risks and ensure initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered timely.
