Job summary

Strategic Analytix is seeking a Program Integrator to support program managers, initiative leads, and leadership with health monitoring and reporting across multiple contracts. You will develop and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules and help prepare executive-level briefings.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, 12 years of related DoD program/financial management experience, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a Business or Technical Focus is required; or PMI PMP, CPCM, or DAWIA Level II with 3 years related experience as substitute.
• In lieu of certification, three additional years of related experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining and implementing schedule management processes and procedures.
• Maintain and develop the Master Program/Project Schedule and integration of multiple project schedules.
• Develop and maintain the schedule product build, staging, testing, deployment and integration.
• Define and implement schedule configuration management processes and procedures; integrate scripts with the schedule build process.
• Develop schedule version control processes and ensure adherence on development/operational projects.
• Provide recommendations for allocation of management reserve to address resource/schedule constraints.
• Coordinate milestones and interdependencies across engineering, manufacturing, test, QA, and other areas.
• Assist Government Program Manager with resource planning, tracking, and acquisition support.
• Prepare and deliver briefings and point papers; report data using MS Excel with pivot tables and charts.
• Assist in NSA financial execution reports and program acquisitions documentation.
