Job summary

Lentech, Inc. seeks a Program Integrator to support PEO leadership and Program Managers by establishing and maintaining acquisition baselines, and by monitoring the health of programs, initiatives, and portfolios.

This role emphasizes cost and risk analysis, ensuring initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered on time, with strong communication across levels. Must have TS.SCI w/FSP through MD, poly within 5 years, and 15+ years in related DoD fields, plus advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Active and current TS.SCI w FSP through MD.
• CI poly within the last 5 years.
• Fifteen (15) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
• Well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral communication skills; tact, discretion, diplomacy, and team synergy are preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

• The Program Integrator shall assist PEO leadership and individual Program Managers in establishing and maintaining the acquisition baselines for programs through the monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio.
• Perform holistic analysis to minimize cost and implementation risks while verifying initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• The Program Integrator shall assist PEO leadership and individual Program Managers in establishing and maintaining the acquisition baselines for programs through the monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio.
• Perform holistic analysis to minimize cost and implementation risks while verifying initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner.

Required:

• Active and current TS.SCI w FSP through MD
• CI poly within the last 5 years.
• Fifteen (15) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management
• Possess well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills to effectively communicate at all levels; consistently exercise tact, discretion, diplomacy, and elicit team synergy is preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is preferred to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
• Trained in the Lean Six Sigma Program is a bonus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.
• In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
• In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of twenty (20) years may be substituted.

Salary range:

$194,085.00 $207,276.00
