Job summary

Systems Plus, Inc. seeks an experienced finance professional to drive DoD program budgets and long-range plans. You will work with acquisition professionals, product managers, and leaders to shape investment strategies and spend plans supporting military healthcare and readiness from development through fielding.

Responsibilities include lifecycle cost estimation, monthly reporting, and ensuring funding alignment across contracts and programs using ACEIT and multiple DoD financial systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient with ACEIT for cost estimation.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for reports and graphs.
• Experience with DoD financial/acquisition systems (listed).

Responsibilities

• Provide financial-management support within the DoD PPBE process.
• Support budget and spend plans across RDT&E, Procurement, and O&M.
• Align program requirements with strategic objectives.
• Assist Product Managers and Cost Analysts with cost-estimating methods.
• Develop financial schedules for lifecycle cost estimation.
• Support annual spend-plan development and budget execution.
• Compile budgetary information for decision reviews and IPTs.
• Consolidate data and prepare monthly financial reports for leadership.
• Reconcile appropriations vs. actual execution to inform spending.
• Monitor contracts, grants, and ensure proper funding.
• Research awards/modifications and manage unliquidated obligations.
