Akina, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Program Integrator to support PEO leadership and Program Managers in baselining acquisition activities and monitoring program health.

The role emphasizes cost minimization, risk reduction, and timely delivery of initiatives in a DoD context, with a competitive compensation package. The position requires 15+ years of related DoD experience, a relevant degree or approved certifications, and is located at Fort Meade, Maryland.

Qualifications

• DoD program management and contract management experience required.
• Bachelor's degree with a business or technical focus required.
• PMP, CPCM, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area preferred as alternative to degree.

Responsabilités

• Assist leadership and program managers in establishing and maintaining program baselines.
• Monitor and report on the health of programs, initiatives, or portfolios.
• Perform holistic analysis to minimize cost and risks and ensure timely delivery.
• Verify initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered on schedule.
