Job summary

Lentech Inc. seeks a Program Integrator to support PEO leadership and Program Managers in establishing and maintaining acquisition baselines, monitoring program health, and reporting on portfolios.

You will perform holistic cost and risk analyses to ensure budgets are sound and initiatives are delivered on time; a TS.SCI with FSP and CI poly are required, with 15 years of DoD program/contract/financial management experience.

Qualifications

• Active and current TS.SCI w FSP through MD.
• CI poly within the last 5 years.
• Fifteen (15) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
• Trained in the Lean Six Sigma Program is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist PEO leadership and Program Managers in establishing and maintaining acquisition baselines for programs and portfolios.
• Perform holistic analysis to minimize cost and implementation risks while ensuring initiatives are budgeted and delivered on time.
