As a Network Operations Analyst, you will handle ticketing, incident analysis, escalation, and customer communication, adhering to DISN SLAs and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE, or equivalent) at start date.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operation.
• Experience with alarm surveillance, fault management, LAN maintenance, or performance management.
• Active Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create and update tickets using Service Now.
• Monitor network events in real-time 24x7x365 across multiple monitoring tools.
• Perform fault analysis, correlate alarms, and identify root causes.
• Coordinate correction of faults and ensure service restoration.
• Provide updates on outages and incident tickets to leadership and customers.
