Job summary

I2X Technologies is a technology services provider to the Federal Government. We seek a Mid-Level Defensive Cyber Operations Engineer to support a customer at Patrick Space Force Base, FL. This on-site role requires an active Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility.

The engineer will lead DCO efforts, assess threats, design defensive architectures, and collaborate with engineers to protect mission systems against cyber threats and attacks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of professional technical experience in cyber-defense or related fields.
• Experience must come from at least two of: container/VMs, network traffic collection, data storage, data-analysis toolsets, Agile, Linux/Windows, network infrastructure, security applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of DCO methodologies and present solutions.
• Advise on technical design of DCO capabilities to protect/detect/respond to threats.
• Research cyber defense technologies and adapt them to mission architecture.
• Document SOPs, guides, and diagrams to support DCO.
