The ideal candidate has 6+ years in network engineering, an active Secret clearance, and a CompTIA Security+ certification. A Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in MS Office are required, with strong communication skills throughout.

Qualifications

• Six (6)+ years of experience as a Network Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• US citizenship required.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• CompTIA Security+ certification required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio).
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and sustain LAN/WAN/WLAN and other networks.
• Maintain security, integrity, and availability of the network.
• Monitor performance, capacity, and security posture daily.
• Assist architecture with evaluation and testing of network hardware/software.
• Coordinate network upgrades and changes.
• Create SOPs, maintenance guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Respond to network issues and complete trouble tickets.
