Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Principal Logistics & Property Specialist to lead property management across acquisition, identification, utilization, and disposal activities. You will work with DCMA, suppliers, and contracts to ensure flawless execution of property and logistics requirements.

The role emphasizes audit readiness, compliance with FAR and DoD regulations, and data-driven process improvements. A transferable Secret clearance and DoD-related experience are required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience.
• Experience with Government Property, Asset Management, Logistics, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Active and transferable Secret clearance level required at time of application. U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain Top Secret or higher clearance level or program access prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit coordination by planning, organizing, and participating in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with company policies, FAR, and other government contract requirements.
• Manage the full Logistics & Property lifecycle by maintaining records and processing acquisition, transfer, maintenance, and disposal transactions.
• Monitor and analyze Logistics & Property data by tracking system performance and preparing metrics and status reports.
• Support process improvement initiatives by participating in CORE activities and developing standardized processes and tools.
• Ensure property accountability by verifying ownership, maintenance status, utilization, and disposition actions for assets.
• Serve as the Logistics & Property Site Lead by guiding cross‑functional teams and overseeing site‑level property compliance activities.
• Deliver training and awareness materials to program leadership, engineering, laboratory management, and other internal organizations.
