Job summary

Raytheon in Woburn, MA seeks a Senior Logistics Specialist to support the AN/TPY-2 program on-site. You will coordinate procurement, shipping, and inventory strategies, liaising with program managers and site teams to ensure timely, cost-effective logistics across the life cycle.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent with strong logistics, data analysis, and communication skills; MS Excel and Power BI experience is preferred for reporting and dashboards.

Qualifications

• A university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience with logistics support, material supply chain, depot warehouse facilities, and/or related processes or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Direct asset procurement and shipping activities; provide logistical oversight of cross-functional areas and prepare correspondence/reports.
• Develop long-term inventory management strategies; assess shipment lead times and calibrations tracking; recommend process improvements.
• Develop and present reports on status, risks, and mitigations of logistics topics to international site teams, program management, or customers; investigate discrepancies.
• Track, manage, and report status and budget; participate in EAC reviews and monthly contract deliverables; support program reviews and customer meetings.
• Contribute to contract proposals and labor estimates; support risk and opportunity management.
• Mentor and develop team members.
