Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree with related experience is a plus.
• Ability to obtain ATF clearance.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. clearance prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily inventory management operations for accuracy, availability, and compliance across warehouse activities.
• Supervise logistics personnel: hiring, training, performance management, leadership development.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts, discrepancies, audits, root-cause actions.
• Ensure timely material flow to production, kitting, and shipping by coordinating with Ops, Supply Chain, Quality, Planning.
• Monitor inventory health metrics and drive improvement actions.
• Support audits, property management, and recordkeeping requirements.
• Drive standardization of warehouse practices including labeling and traceability, SAP/PRISM discipline.
• Collaborate on layout optimization, capacity planning, and material-flow improvements for growth.
• Promote safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within logistics team.
• Ensure adherence to company processes and government regulations.
