Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Principal Logistics & Property Specialist onsite in the United States. The role partners with Property and Logistics teams, DCMA, and suppliers to manage the full property lifecycle and ensure regulatory compliance. US citizenship and security clearance are required.

The successful candidate will lead audits, maintain records, analyze metrics, and drive standardized processes, ensuring asset accountability across government and contractor assets.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years experience.
• Active and transferable Secret clearance required at time of application.
• Experience with FAR Part 52 and Part 45, DFARS parts and government contract clauses.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit coordination to ensure compliance with FAR and government requirements.
• Manage full Logistics & Property lifecycle including acquisition, transfer, maintenance, and disposal transactions.
• Monitor logistics data, prepare metrics, and identify process improvements.
• Develop standardized processes, procedures, and measurement tools.
• Ensure property accountability and site-level compliance across assets.
• Serve as Site Lead for cross-functional teams and property programs.
• Deliver training and awareness materials on property and logistics policies.
