Job summary

Raytheon Goleta, CA is seeking a Principal Contracts Specialist to join our Advanced Technology SBU’s Airborne Spectrum Dominance team. You will manage contracts across the acquisition life cycle and partner with Program Teams, Finance, Legal, and external customers to ensure compliant, effective agreements.

Required are a university degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, and an active DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires University degree and relevant experience in contracts, subcontracts, procurement, or finance.
• Experience with U.S. Government contracts under FAR/DFARS and related regulations.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government clearance is required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Own contract management and administration across the acquisition life cycle.
• Develop and respond to proposals, BAAs, and other business agreements.
• Interface with customers for correspondence, contractual changes and issues.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain and Legal to support Raytheon missions.
