Job summary

Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a Logistics Manager Senior to provide comprehensive logistics management for designated DoD missions and programs. Onsite at Warner Robins AFB, GA, the role requires extensive experience with DoD acquisition processes and product support planning across the lifecycle.

The position involves coordinating logistics functions, supporting RFPs/SOWs/CDRLs, and leading teams to meet program objectives with rigorous metrics and reviews. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with defense acquisition management processes in accordance with the DoD 5000 series.
• Experience with Defense Acquisition System processes as a Logistics Manager, including UCA, MTA, MCA, Software Acquisition, and Acquisition of Services.
• Knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle and product support planning during each phase, including the disposal phase.
• Extensive experience with DoD logistics applications such as REMIS, BLADE, PIEE, DPAS, and other supply chain and logistics online management systems.
• Knowledge of the DoD Integrated Product Support element structure.
• Knowledge of agency program planning, funding, and management information systems.
• Broad knowledge of the organization and functions of activities involved in providing logistical support.
• Ability to coordinate and evaluate functional specialists to identify requirements and develop and adjust plans and schedules.
• Ability to integrate separate functions in planning or implementing a logistics management program.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative project team.
• Ability to lead a project team in completing complex projects.
• Ability to provide expert logistics input for RFPs, SOWs, PWSs, and CDRLs.
• Ability to provide logistics analysis and support for key logistics metrics and reviews.
• U.S. citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and evaluate logistics management operations required to support specified missions, weapons systems, and designated programs.
• Identify requirements for money, manpower, materiel, facilities, and services needed to support program objectives.
• Analyze logistics requirements to ensure alignment with program plans and schedules.
• Create and maintain program and Life Cycle Management (LCM) plans to ensure logistics requirements are adequately defined and executed.
• Review contractor deliverables to ensure compliance with logistics requirements and contract requirements.
• Provide expert logistics input on RFPs, SOWs, PWSs, and CDRLs.
• Provide logistics analytical support for key logistics metrics, including supply, reliability, and maintainability.
• Support key logistics reviews and assessments.
• Coordinate and evaluate the efforts of functional specialists to identify specific requirements and develop or adjust plans and schedules needed to meet requirements on time.
• Lead project teams in completing complex logistics projects.
• Integrate separate logistics functions in the planning and implementation of logistics management programs.
