Job summary

Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a Facility Manager Senior to provide comprehensive facility management support for DoD facilities. You will plan, budget, schedule, and coordinate maintenance, renovations, and infrastructure improvements while ensuring health, safety, and accountability requirements are met.

The role requires DoD/government facility experience, strong budgeting skills, and the ability to coordinate with engineering and shop supervisors.

Qualifications

Experience managing DoD or government facilities.
Experience planning and budgeting for facility renovations, modifications, or updates.
Experience supporting facility communication infrastructure and electrical/power capability requirements.
Experience managing facility maintenance, work orders, inspections, and recurring work requirements.
Ability to develop and manage facility work schedules and coordinate service requests.
Experience coordinating maintenance activities for mechanical equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, fire systems, emergency power systems, and related preventive maintenance programs.
Knowledge of facility health and safety requirements, inspections, certifications, and accountability requirements.
Experience collecting, maintaining, and tracking facility budget information.
Ability to coordinate effectively with functional branches, shop supervisors, engineering technicians, and other facility stakeholders.
Ability to support readiness exercises, compliance inspections, and self-inspection activities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple facility requirements and priorities.
Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the upkeep of facility equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
Record and maintain information related to facility safety certifications and inspections.
Manage facility data and adjust, track, and monitor work orders.
Serve as the liaison and focal point with functional branches and shop supervisors for facility-related activities.
Develop project work schedules and recurring work plans.
Dispatch service calls and do-it-now emergency response teams as required.
Collect, maintain, and record facility budget information.
Plan, budget, and schedule facility modifications, including estimates for equipment, labor, materials, and other related costs.
Coordinate with engineering technicians for mechanical equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, fire systems, stand-by emergency power, and related preventive maintenance programs.
Oversee the assignment and management of reserved parking spaces.
Oversee facility cleaning and maintenance activities.
Support Group readiness for Base Readiness Exercises and Unit Compliance Inspection activities, as required.
Support the Division self-inspection process, including checklist tracking and completion.
Perform Military Installation Control Test (MICT) Administrator responsibilities.
Utilize SOCCER, Workflow, LiveLink, and other required Government tracking systems.
Manage Official Mail and FedEx and UPS pickups and deliveries.
Assist with Building Evacuation Plans and related activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable facility accountability requirements.
Coordinate facility activities and requirements across multiple functional organizations.
Oversee and support facility maintenance and improvement activities to ensure operational requirements are met.
