Job summary

Dynamo Technologies LLC in Warner Robins, GA seeks a Facility Manager Senior to lead comprehensive facility management for DoD facilities. You will plan, budget, schedule, and supervise maintenance, renovations, and infrastructure projects, ensuring health, safety, and accountability standards are met.

This onsite role requires DoD facility experience, strong coordination with engineering and shop staff, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and budgets while keeping facilities compliant

Qualifications

• Experience managing DoD or Government facilities.
• Experience planning and budgeting for facility renovations or updates.
• Experience coordinating maintenance for mechanical, HVAC, electrical and fire systems.
• Knowledge of health, safety, inspections and accountability requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple functional organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage upkeep of facility equipment to meet health and safety standards.
• Record and maintain facility safety certifications and inspections.
• Manage facility data and track work orders.
• Coordinate with engineers and shop supervisors for maintenance programs.
• Develop project work schedules and recurring work plans.
• Plan, budget, and schedule facility modifications and costs.
• Support readiness exercises and self-inspection activities.
